Fundraising Request Process
Option #1: Pre-Sell
- Fill out our online form to get started with an agreement!
- Agree to pre-sell $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
- Use the provided sign-up sheet and collect funds.
- Advise Rock’n Car Wash the total number of pre-sold gift cards no later than the due date indicated on your signed agreement.
- Pay us $10 for each gift card.
- Provide our team seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payments have been received.
- After all cards are processed, they are ready to be given to your supporters!
Option #2: Pre-Pay
- Fill out our online form to get started with an agreement!
- Agree to buy your preferred amount of $25 Fundraiser Gift Cards for $20 per card.
- Pay us $10 for each gift card.
- Provide our team seven (7) days to process the gift cards after payments have been received.
- After all cards are processed, they are ready to be sold to your supporters!
*Special terms and conditions may apply for each program. Gift Cards cannot be returned once received by the organization and are 100% non-refundable. Any lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
